    Love this post! I live in Rome and it’s so great to see classic Italian cooking filling up your page :D The “leg of something” in your picture is hand cut whole prosciutto (cured ham)-amazing! Maybe one of my favorite things ever. So glad you enjoyed your trip (isn’t the gelato amazing, they say the key to the creaminess is fresh, whole milk)
