  1. Love these too and at Foodtrainers we also refer to them as FSTG (it is a long name)! I would have to go with the lime and the cheese as favorite flavors. I went through a chocolate phase too. I wish they didn’t contain soy, for those who avoid soy, but other than that healthy chip perfection.
    Good post.

  2. I just tried these chips for the first time a couple weeks ago and they’re so good! I’d love to try the works, olive, lime, cheddar and blue corn flavors. I didn’t realize they had so many to choose from…they all sound good!

  3. Jess says:

Yum! I tried the olive ones at a dinner party last weekend. I’d love to try the jalapenos!

  4. I haven’t tried all the varieties but I have had the multigrain before and really like them! I would love to try the sweet potato, chocolate, and lime varieties as well!

  5. ikkinlala says:

May Canadians enter? Just in case: the five varieties I’d most like to try are Multigrain, The Works!, Sweet Potato, Lime, and Chocolate.

  6. I would love to try any of the flavors….but blue corn would be a top pick, for sure! :0)

  7. Lori G says:

I love, love, LOVE these chips too! I’ve tried them all and I can’t try any more! :0) My two favorites are the Olive and the Multigrain. Even the Chocolate was a pleasant surprise. I dip them into a tablespoon of all natural organic peanut butter. Best Reese’s knockoff you could imagine!

  8. Janel says:

I agree Lori! Those chocolate ones are neat and go better with something sweet than salty/savory. P.S. I love the Biggest Loser too! :)

  9. Claire says:

I love these chips!I’ve tried the sweet potato, multigrain, and olive.I’m dying to try jalapeno, chocolate, lime, and definitely blue corn(I’m a blue corn ship addict):-)cc

I agree that FSTG chips are absolutely delicious, and I love them … and they’re healthier than other types of tortilla chips and potato chips for sure … but — and this is a bit “but” for me … the bottom line is, they’re still deep-fried, are they not? Being on a cardiac diet, unfortunately, I can’t eat them with abandon. I still can only enjoy them as a very occasional treat, and instead choose the baked versions of chips (Kettle Brand Baked at Trader Joe’s is the best I’ve found).

If FSTG ever introduced a baked line of chips, I’d be thrilled!!! They’re delish. Oh, be sure to try Trader Joe’s edamame hummus if you haven’t already … wow … sooo addictive.

  11. I just got my boss addicted to FSTG chips in an airport on a business trip!

I would like to try yellow corn, the works, chocolate, cheddar, and lime!

  12. Courtney says:

Multi-grain, sweet potato, lime, yellow corn and blue corn! These would be perfect to scoop my fave chili up!

  13. Dorry says:

Great giveaway! I heard about it from Fitnessista. I’d love to try Multigrain, Blue Corn, Jalapeno, Sweet Potato and Lime. Yum! :)

  14. Lauryn says:

These chips are amazing! I am sad about buffalo too :(

I’d love to try olive, jalapeno, the works, blue corn and lime!

  15. Janel says:

Great question CCC and good news for you from the FSTG people! Here’s what they said in response:

“After we mix our recipe of all-natural ingredients into a batter, we bake our chips in an oven for a long time before lightly cooking them in high oleic sunflower oil. High oleic sunflower oil has a higher percentage of monounsaturated fat than canola and olive oil, and it has no trans fat nor cholesterol. Because of our baking process, we use less oil, making our chips lighter, crispier, and more delicious than many others.”

  16. I love the multigrain flava! I’d like to try the sweet potato or the cinnamon (i think they have that flavor).

  17. Michelle says:

Lime, Lime, Lime, Lime and more Lime!! I can’t find them anywhere!!! I do love the regular ole multigrain ones as well :)

  18. Janel says:

Ooo cinnamon would be amazing. I think you’re thinking of the chocolate one, though. That’s one of their sweeter, but not to sweet varieties.

  19. Freja says:

Amazing giveaway! I would LOVE to try the chocolate flavor since none of the stores in my area carry it! Also the Multigrain, Sweet Potato, Lime, and The Works! Holy yum!

  20. Yum! I love these chips! especially the multi-grain. I’ve never tried the jalapeno or olive but i’m sure i’d love them!

  21. Crash Course Cardiologist says:

Janel, thanks so much for the excellent information! It’s great to know how much thought and care they put into making their chips … and it definitely shows in the final product (a better choice than so many of the snack food items on the market). Because their process still involves some degree of frying, those of us on cardiac diets still have to limit our consumption of them … but they seem fine to enjoy as an occasional treat.

Thanks again for the research! :-)

  22. Gina says:

I am a huge fan of Food Should Taste Good chips already! But I can never find the cinnamon or chocolate varieties anywhere (not the healthiest) but I also LOVE The Works flavor.
